    As souls coming into the human experience, we choose the timing and circumstances of each birth to carry us forward in our evolution. The natal, or birth, chart represents the pattern of energies and possibilities we wished to explore in this life.

    Unlike traditional astrology interpretations, which can seem fatalistic or predictive, soul-based readings focus on expanding possibilities, increasing self-awareness, and furthering creative self-expression.

    Readings identify the particular evolutionary challenges of this lifetime, bringing consciousness to difficult patterns and dynamics and exploring possible pathways of resolution.

    Soul-based astrology readings also emphasize the innate abilities and soul qualities that counterbalance the more challenging sides of life.

    Above all else, a soul-based reading facilitates the fulfillment of your unique soul destiny and central purposes in this life.


Natal Chart Readings    

     The configuration of planets at the time of your birth can be viewed as an energetic blueprint for this lifetime. The birth chart doesn’t tell us what will happen -- or even what should happen -- throughout your life. Rather, it contains a great deal of information about the potentials and possibilities you have taken embodiment to explore.

    As souls temporarily on Earth, we each came here to develop particular divine qualities and overcome specific ego-impediments.  Our astrology chart can be extremely helpful in deciphering the soul’s agenda for this life, so that we can more consciously focus on the tasks associated with our particular mission and purpose. Life goes much more smoothly when we are working with our energies rather than against them.

    The astrological chart shows our evolutionary direction in this life. This new area often feels challenging, and we may not believe we have what it takes to develop it. A sensitive, soul-based chart reading can bolster confidence in our ability to do what we’ve come to Earth this time to develop and contribute to the Whole. 

    Our astrology chart also shows our line of least resistance, which can be an easy and comfortable place to fall back on. But if it is overdone, we may wonder, “Isn’t there more to life than this?” That yearning points the way to our new evolutionary direction.

    A natal chart reading provides a tremendous amount of evolutionary stimulation. With each listening, the reading reveals different facets of your unique pattern of energies. Many people like to listen to their recordings as they fall asleep; as one client put it, “It reminds me of who I am.”


Updates    

   Because the astrological “weather” continuously changes, the energies that are impacting us from without, as well as our inner evolutionary climate, are also constantly shifting.  Many people find it helpful to receive periodic updates that include current information about both the inner and outer “weather patterns.” 

    This information can clarify matters involving choices and possibilities, and confirm intuitions that may have seemed difficult to trust. The larger perspective an update provides reveals the nature of the current evolutionary phase we are passing through, and makes it easier to navigate more gracefully through our current cycle of experience.  

    Many people enjoy giving themselves the gift of a yearly update as a “rebirth-day” present to themselves. 


Relationship Readings    

     When two souls join, a third soul is born. We might call this the soul of the relationship, and it has its own nature and evolutionary agenda, just as each individual soul does. A relationship reading clarifies what the purposes of the relationship are, along with its strengths and challenges.

     I love doing charts for newborn babies! This makes a wonderful gift for new parents, so they can understand the nature of the soul who has chosen them as parents in this lifetime. Imagine what your childhood might have been like with parents who truly saw you as an evolving soul in this human experience!

​     Astrology charts of children and teens offer compassionate  support to parents who want to understand their children more deeply and provide the conditions and opportunities that will help them to flourish. Knowing about the energetic nature of a child makes it much easier to work with their sometimes puzzling or troubling behavior. 


Astrolocality Readings    

     Have you noticed that you feel very different in various spots on the globe?  In some places, a steady stream of fascinating people flow into your life. In others, you meet no one, but go deep within and emerge reborn. Some locations bring out your inherent playful creativity, while in others it’s easy to get focused and productive. 

    Astrolocality readings highlight the energies you are likely to encounter in a variety of places around the planet. We’ll look at where you now live, places you have visited or spent time in, and possible future destinations you’d like to know more about.  I’ll ask for a list of these to research before our session.

    Alas, these sessions don’t answer questions like, “Where should I go to meet my true love?” We’ll check to see where your Venus lines are, but that’s no guarantee of lasting romance...although it’s always nice to know where you are likely to meet lots of friendly, helpful, interesting people. 

    An astrolocality session can help you understand why things were the way they were in various places, maximize the possibilities where you are now, and help you plan trips and evaluate moving options.  For those who love to roam the globe, these sessions are fascinating!


Details and Pricing for Astrology Readings    

     Natal chart readings are usually around 90 minutes long. We can meet via Zoom for your reading, and I'll answer any questions that arise as you listen. Before your reading, I'll send you the Zoom link as well as your charts to refer to during our talk.  All readings are recorded, so you can listen to your reading again and again. 

    Before I prepare your reading, I like to briefly chat by phone to dial in on the major themes you would like to hear about, so your reading is as pertinent to your life situation as possible. 

    The suggested contribution for an initial astrology reading is on a sliding scale of $250 - $350. 

    Many people like to check in every year or two for an astrological update, in which I describe the current astrological "weather patterns" that will be impacting your energies for the next year or so. Updates take around an hour and are offered on a suggested contribution range of $150-$200.

​     Astrology charts for anyone under the age of 18 are offered on a suggested sliding scale of $150-200.
